As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in educating customers about our cannabis products, ensuring they have a positive and informed shopping experience. You will also collaborate with the team to maintain compliance with New Jersey's cannabis regulations and uphold the company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to customers on cannabis products, including strains, consumption methods, and effects.

• Share firsthand knowledge and experiences to address customer concerns and enhance their understanding of products.

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring product availability.

• Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and professional environment.

• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulatory updates.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

• Support the management team with operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in cannabis or related fields is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of cannabis products and their applications.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or the cannabis industry preferred.
